Medication - Basic Information

Here you can read about all registered/licensed treatment options. Furthermore you can see where the pharmaceutical companies have their headquarters and branch offices.

Please observe that we - on the global map - do not show androgens and tranexamic acid as available treatment. However, these treatments are - traditionally - available for prophylactic treatment in most countries. Please do note, that androgens and tranexamic acid CANNOT be used for acute attack treatment AND there are adverse effects when treating with these drugs.

Also note that we can only show the registered/licensed drugs on a country by country basis. In many countries some of the treatments are (and have been for a long time) available on a named patient basis. Please contact us if you are looking for information about treatment options in your country.
